The company has evolved considerably over the past 34 years, we are a company who prides ourselves on being able to works with architects, structural engineers and surveyors to come up with solutions to problems.

The vast majority of our works is carried out working for commercial clients such as refurbishing two entire blocks of a school for the Inspiration Trust at King Edward VII Academy – perfectly illustrated in the video (please following the link on the right hand side).

We still do offer general building maintenance services to private customers.

This normally takes form of a structural issue at a property, we are provided with a structural engineers’ report and we are asked to provide a quotation for a Helifix solution to return the property back to a structurally sound state.

Photo on the left shows some Helifix SockFix ties that were installed by us to stabilise a bowing wall.

We have previously worked on buildings dating back as far as the 11th century using lime mortar to repair masonry, we have also worked on brand new properties.
